Dear BrendaSorry for my delayed comments, my daily work kept me busy.
Beijing (3 days)
Guide: It was the first time my guide (Tina) made a tour with a guest/group. She was concerned that everything was right, and everything went right. Well, She will be a better tourguide after she got more training and experience and a better English vocabulary. I have been in Beijing before and visited some of the tours highlites. So it was for me acceptable.
Hotel: excellent
Meals: ok, Beijing duck dinner was excellent.
Driver: ok
Lhasa (4 days)
Guide: Transfer from airport was guide No. 1-Tina. Evening and next day was guide No,2. He had 2 groups in parallel with different programs. So he was responsible for transfers and timing.
Gyangtse/Shigatse
Meals: Gyangtse ok, Shigatse buffet dinner rather touristic.
Lanzhou (2 days )
Guide (Michael) was very much motivated and had a good English. Very good guide. Because I was on a later train the Waterwheel Garden was skipped from program.
Meals: excellent
Driver/Car: ok
Xi'an (3 days)
Guide (Rita) is very good and her English is good.
Meals: excellent
Driver/Car: ok
River Cruise (3 days)
Transfer from airport worked finally well.
River Cruise: I was incorporated in a group which worked well.
Yichang (1 Day)
Guide/Driver/Car ok. Because we disembarked in the morning and the plane was in late afternoon the program (embroidery and museum) was not adequate.
Shanghai (2 days)
Guide very good.
Meals: Dinner at Wang Bao He restaurant was excellent.
Driver/Car ok
Summary
It was a well organized trip but the service in Tibet was a bit low. The attribute luxury to the tour is adequate. I never met any substantial problems which could not be solved.
Thank you for organizing this marvelous tour.
Best regards

Dear Dora, Great organization, great china tour. We really enjoy our holiday and thanks for your efforts. Meals served were all ok, the Peking Duck with Opera performance was the best, Forbidden Palace Garden second best. Car and driver were terrific. Working attitudes of the tour guides Lily were very conscientious, Her Enghlish was fine, we can easily understand that. Her knowledage about the historical sights was beyond our expectation. She was great and the entire process through your agency was great. I would highly reccomend the tour to my friends.
Thanks and regards!

Dear Judy's SuWe saw so much in China that would not been possible on our own. Your web sight is fantastic and response time excellent. All meals, except the Beijing Duck, were very good. The hotels were great. All of our guides, with the exception of Ray were informative and knowledgeable. Thanks for all your staff and we enjoy the tour almost all the time. If we have chance to go back again, your service is our first choice.
Best Regards!

Dear Madam,Many thanks for such a wonderful china tour. we really enjoy it.
Group Tour:
Perhaps more time was spent during lunches (especially) and dinners than required. We would have preferred more sightseeing. Out 3 guides, Ms. Chen in Xian was the best in terms of knowledge, spoken English and overall demeanor. Followed by Mr. Ray in Beijing and Ms. Lilly in Shanghai. They were all on time. Transport and drivers throughout the general tour were excellent. The hotels (Holiday Inn Central Plaza in Beijing and Days hotel in Shanghai were very good). Overall we enjoyed the tours in 3 cities.
Private Tour:
The guide, Ms. Maggie was very good, pleasant and was on time. She was knowledgeable and spoke good English. The Driver and Car were excellent.
Bamboo Grove Hotel in Suzhou was satisfactory.
We will certainly continue to recommend your company to our friends.
Yours truly,
Budde Prakash and Prasanna Prakash

Hi Irene,Cynthia,Thanks for arranging such an enjoyable China trip for Valerie and I and taking the time to meet us in Xian.
Really enjoyed our trip to China. Meals at all locations were excellent. It was a pity sometime we could not order a coffee or glass of wine but realize that this is not the norm in a lot of Chinese restaurants. Our favorite Meals were in Xian and Guilin.
All the guides spoken excellect English, very knowledgable, very attentive to our demands.Carol in Xian and Lilly in Guilin were very friendly and were really excellent guides. Memorable and favorite locations was Yangzhou/Guilin and Xian.
All cars were kept v.clean and drivers were all fine.
Once again, really enjoyable trip to China - Guides/Meals/Hotels and locations were all excellent and I would happily recommend your agencey to any one considering a tour in China.
Thanks

Hello, We had a wonderful time in China and rate this as the our best vacation. We know that the administrative offices were working in the background to make all go smoothly and we thank you for that.
The drivers were all excellent, kind, clean and timely. We had no fear of any accidents or discomfort in any of the vehicles as well as them being there at the appointed time.
Both Jessica (Shanghai) and Jenny Chen (Xi'an) were excellent guides. Wherever our eyes could turn, both of these ladies had an willing and ready explanation. We were quite amazed at their English, thinking that they had studied abroad--Jenny being the more fluent. It made conversation very comfortable.
We grew quite fond of Jenny Chen in our tour of Xian. She exemplifies the type of guide that every company should aspire to acquire and keep. We were so fond of her that we could have taken her home with us as a daughter. Her mother should be quite proud of how she raised Jenny. Her knowledge of all things in Xian was deep and detailed and her character was dignified, serene, and humble. I have a wide ranging curiosity of customs, clothing, architecture, military arts, food, history, music, and art----all of which Jenny was able to satisfy. Jenny allowed us to go at our own pace and adjusted her explanations to our pace and interest. My wife developed gout during the trip and Jenny was quite solictious in helping us find sandles and accomodating my wife's reduced mobility. We feel that Jenny has a bright future and you should keep your eye on her for promotion as more than just a guide.
Thanks again and wish your agency a bright future. Keep on the first-class service.
